The finished surface paving has been completed.

The shoulder widening and the resurfacing of the
curve have been completed.

TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGES:

Traffic is now configured in its final position

We appreciate your attention to the 35 MPH speed
limit and your concern for the safety of our workers. We have yet to
complete the permanent roadway striping on the project. Once that is complete
the speed limit will return to its’ final mph which is 45.

Striping is scheduled to start the night of Sunday
April 8 and be complete by Friday April 13.

After completion of the construction please obey
the new posted speed limit of 45 MPH. Your continued attention to the posted
speed will result in fewer accidents and a much safer environment for everybody
to travel within.

29 to March 17, 2012

The finished surface paving of the East bound lane
has been completed.

The shoulder widening and the resurfacing of the
curve have been completed.

The finished surface paving of the Bella Terra
entrance is complete.

TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGES:

Beginning Sunday night March 11, the far West end next to Ben hill Griffin will be milled and
resurfaced. This will be night paving for a minimum of one night + 1 night for
milling.  This work is scheduled to be
complete by March 13.

Beginning Tuesday March 13 the West bound lane will be temporarily
closed at night and the surface paving completed. The lane will re-open on the
following morning after main line paving is complete. One way traffic will be
maintained on the East bound lane during the nighttime hours.

This will result in temporary closures of the entrances to Grandezza and
Savona
residents from March 12 through March 16.

By March 19, 2012 we expect to be basically complete with both lanes
running in their final configuration.

EXPECT TRAFFIC DELAYS
FROM SUNDAY NIGHT MARCH 11 THROUGH MONDAY MARCH 19 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00
PM AND 6:00 AM.

February 20 to March 10, 2012

Over the next three weeks paving will continue for
both the East bound and West bound lanes and the entrances to all communities.
The Bella Terra & Wildcat Run entrances are scheduled to be paved the night
of February 20.

The shoulder widening and the resurfacing of the
curve has been completed.

THE TRAFFIC PATTERN WILL BE:   

THE OVERALL TRAFFIC PATTERN WILL CHANGE BEGINNING THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY
20, 2012.

We are scheduled to make the switch over to the East bound lane the
night of February 23, 2012. The traffic signal at Pinewoods will be
re-configured to its’ final position as will the bus loop.

At that time both lanes of traffic will be in their proper lane. The
East bound will be striped for the final configuration. The West bound will
continue as one lane with barrels.

The week of February 27, the far West end next to Ben hill Griffin will be milled
and resurfaced. This will be night paving as well.

The week of March 5 the West bound lane will be temporarily closed at
night and the surface paving completed. The lane will re-open on the following
morning after main line paving is complete. One way traffic will be maintained
on the East bound lane.

Over the next three weeks construction will
continue on the new East bound lane, to the South of existing Corkscrew Road
and to the Eastbound entrance & thru lanes @ Bella Terra.

The shoulder widening was delayed again due to coordination
issues with the resurfacing of the curve, but is again scheduled to resume
during this period with the placement of additional fill material behind the
shoulders. This will result in lane closures which also will slow down traffic.
In addition, asphalt repairs to the remaining mainline pavement are scheduled
to begin.

THE TRAFFIC PATTERN IS: 

Starting just East of the Ben Hill Griffin signal,
the Eastbound lane has been detoured to the North side of existing Corkscrew
Road and returns back to the old pavement beyond the Wildcat Run entrance. The
West bound traffic has also been detoured to the North side of existing
Corkscrew Road from East of Wildcat Run to just East of Ben Hill Griffin signal
where it returns to the existing pavement.

The new West bound lane to the North of Corkscrew Road has
opened to maintain two way traffic at the Bella Terra entrance. A temporary
East bound right turn lane has been installed. There is no West bound left turn
lane into Bella Terra. This configuration at Bella Terra
Entrance will change shortly. A new post will be issued soon. Please allow
extra time when entering or leaving Bella Terra.

There are NO dedicated turn lanes @ Pinewoods school or Wildcat Run. There is a temporary Eastbound turn lane @ Bella
Terra and Westbound turn lanes @ Savona & Grandezza.

roadway will be paved in anticipation of relocating all traffic to the North
the week of December 5. Lanes are narrow and congested – Please allow additional time for your travel.

The shoulder widening is scheduled to resume during
this period with the paving of the shoulders and placement of additional fill
material behind the shoulders. This will result in lane closures which also
will slow down traffic.

Construction will also intensify at and around the
Bella Terra entrance. Traffic entering and exiting Bella Terra will be
restricted and shifted at times to accommodate the reconstruction. The West
bound lane to the North of Corkscrew Road will be utilized to maintain two way
traffic. A temporary East bound right turn lane will be installed. There will
be no West bound left turn lane into Bella Terra. Please allow  extra time when
entering or leaving Bella Terra.

to Wildcat Run will continue & intensify. This will continue to result in a
one lane traffic situation. This construction will delay travel through the

intensify on the new West bound lane, to the North of existing Corkscrew Road. All
traffic, from Ben Hill Griffin to the water treatment plant has bee relocated
to the South side of existing Corkscrew
Road.  Lanes
are narrow and the 35 MPH speed limit will be strictly enforced.

Construction will also intensify at the Bella Terra
entrance. Traffic entering and exiting Bella Terra will be restricted and
shifted at times to accommodate the reconstruction. Please allow extra time
when entering or leaving Bella Terra.

At this time the entrance to Pinewoods School & Stoneybrook is open and operational. the traffic lights have been
shifted  so that two lane traffic can be
maintained on the South side of Corkscrew
Road and the intersection configuration has  relocated to the South.

There is no dedicated left turn lane into
the school from Corkscrew Road.

Just East of the Ben Hill Griffin signal, the Eastbound lane has been detoured
to the South side of existing Corkscrew Road and returns back to the old
pavement near the water treatment plant. The West bound traffic has been
detoured to the South of existing Corkscrew Road from the water treatment plant
to just east of Ben Hill Griffin signal where it returns to the existing
pavement.

There is limited access to Grande Oak Shoppes. The
westerly entrance into Grandezza (Grande
Oak Way) has been closed for approximately 1
month.

The Speed limit throughout the construction zone is
35 MPH.

Please allow additional time for these delays as you travel across Corkscrew Road.
